Fly & Watch is a digital in-flight entertainment platform that you can access using your own mobile devices (mobile phone, tablet, laptop).
How does it work?
A wide range of content is uploaded to the platform when the aircraft is on the ground, and access points on the aircraft make it possible to access these contents in the offline environment and to offer the best experience to each user.
What type of content is available?
Fly&Watch has a wide range of content with world-famous movies and TV series, games, music and podcasts, newspapers and magazines! In addition to all this entertaining content, it also provides real-time flight information, and the chance to plan your trip with a host of city guides.
How do I connect?
You can access Fly & Watch in four easy steps: 1- Switch your device to flight mode. 2- Join Pegasus Wi-Fi network. 3-Visit fun.flypgs.com. 4- Pay by credit card to access all paid content on fun.flypgs.com
What to do when it is not working?
If the platform is not working, follow these steps: *Check that you have the latest version installed on your device (4.4 or higher for Android, 9.0 or higher for IOS) *Make sure that you access the platform using Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox browsers (for IOS devices, Safari browser sould be used) *End the session and once again connect to the platform.
Why can’t I watch a movie on my IOS device?
Unfortunately, if your device’s IOS version is 10.1.1 or 10.1.2, it will not be able to play movies. However, you can enjoy all other contents (TV shows, newspapers and magazines, children's channel, music and much more). To avoid this problem on your next flight, we recommend to upload the latest version to your device before your flight.
How do I purchase Fly & Watch service?
If your flight package is Basic or Essentials, you can add-on this service while you’re purchasing your ticket, at manage my booking or during check-in.This service is already included in our Advantage and Comfort Flex packages.
