RER B Train

RER B and TGV trains are two alternatives to get to farther destinations like Lyon, Brussels, and Avignon. At CDG Airport, you can take the RER B local commuter train to downtown Paris. The RER B takes you first to Gare d’Est, then to Saint-Michel-Notre-Dame, the tourist zone, before stopping at Orly Airport. There are trains by RER B to Paris every 15 minutes on weekdays. The journey takes 25 minutes to Gare du Nord.

TGV Train

Airport Shuttle

Using the CDGVal shuttle is the easiest way to transfer between terminals. Passengers transfer from Terminals 2 and 3 to Terminal 1, enabling arrivals to reach the train and bus stations within CDG Airport.

Bus

RoissyBus takes you from Terminal 1 to the Paris city center. The central stop is near the Opera. From CDG Airport, RoissyBus starts at 6:00 a.m. and serves every 20 minutes. In the reverse direction, the bus serves every 20 minutes, starting from 05:15 to 08:00 and every 30 minutes from 10.00-00:30 at night.

About the Orly Airport

Commonly referred to as Orly, the international airport is located 13 kilometres south of Paris. The complex is situated partially in Villeneuve-le-Roi and partially in Orly. Before the opening of Charles de Gaulle Airport in 1974, Paris Orly Airport was the main airport of the French capital.
